This session emphasizes the leader’s role as a visible, supportive presence during change—one who removes barriers, reinforces priorities, and adapts in real time as challenges emerge.

• Define the communication required, what visible sponsorship looks like, and how to course‑correct to reinforce priorities and strengthen leadership impact during change.
