A Comunidade Hindu de Portugal recebe o espetáculo de dança 'Chandalika', com estreia no dia 9 de Maio no Auditório J.V. Gokal às 18h30. Trata-se de um texto dramatúrgico da autoria de Rabindranath Tagore, coreografado por Rumki Banerjee e apresentado pela sua Jhankar Dance School.
O texto é baseado numa lenda budista, centrada na igualdade entre seres humanos e no caminho do autoconhecimento e da libertação interior.

Comunidade Hindu de Portugal will host the dance performance “Chandalika”, premiering on May 9 at the Auditório J. V. Gokal at 6.30pm.
The work is a dramatic text written by Rabindranath Tagore, choreographed by Rumki Banerjee and presented by her Jhankar Dance School.
The text is based on a Buddhist legend, centered on the equality among human beings and on the path of self-knowledge and inner liberation.
