Schedule: Friday March 13th, 20267:30 am - Set up, Coffee and Social Time – Take advantage of this hour to speak to other
members and attendees, you may otherwise not normally have an opportunity to.
8:30 am - CHAMR – Who we are and 2026 Calendar of events
8:40 am - Breakfast - Enjoy several items from Vendors and Members that are in attendance
9:00 am - Carrie Nesselrode - Go Mart - Guest of Honor and speaker
9:30 am - Jamason Sparks – JHGKL Enterprises - Guest of Honor and speaker
10:00 am - Breakfast session finishes. 30-minute break for those attending the round table.
We will finish out the morning with a round table-style gathering discussing projects, services, and opportunities.
10:30 am - Cooperative selling to Distribution and Retail Customers. All regions and areas
-Manufacturers and their reps will be sharing Distribution customers and areas they sell
to now, and feel would be of interest and willing to connect with other manufacturers.
11:00 am - Cooperative Distribution to Retailers in the State of WV and surrounding region
-Current Potential Distributor opportunities
-Current Vendors Participating
-Cooperative display and cooperative marketing opportunities
-Service Area / Coverage area
11:30 am - Lunch – Enjoy several items from Vendors and Members that are in attendance
