Champagne Date Night w/ Mixology!

In this sparkling, hands-on cooking class, students will enjoy a mixology session creating Champagne Margaritas, blending bubbly with refreshing citrus. They’ll then sear scallops to perfection, served alongside a rich, creamy Champagne Risotto with earthy mushrooms and Parmesan. To top off the experience, students will bake delightful Raspberry Rosé Cupcakes, combining light, fruity flavors with a festive touch. This class covers key techniques in seafood, risotto, and baking, perfect for an elegant and celebratory meal!

Classes are approximately 90 minutes – 2 hours

This class is hands-on and may run over/under schedule.
