Join us for an evening of learning and tasting through what makes Champagne so special, from extended lees ageing to dosage, all the details of what makes these bubbles the most premium in the world. We'll explore 4 other traditional-method wines made in the same style and put them up to the test: do they deserve a seat at the table?
Come curious and thirsty and ready to pick your favourite.
