Coming to Laurel, Maryland, The Marais at Konterra will feature modern garage townhomes starting in the mid-$500s, with approximately 1,640–2,773 square feet and 2–5 bedrooms.

But Konterra is much bigger than a collection of new homes.

The approximately 400-acre mixed-use destination is planned to bring together residences, shopping, dining, parks, trails, gathering spaces and more—creating a connected community positioned between Washington, DC and Baltimore.

And we're giving you an opportunity to see what's coming before you make your next move.

During the evening, you'll have an opportunity to:

• Preview The Marais at Konterra
• Explore floor plans and home designs
• Learn about the community vision and planned amenities
• Discover available layouts and options, including garages, lofts, rooftop terraces and flexible living spaces
• Speak directly with Caruso Homes representatives
• Meet the Mascotti & Company team and learn how buyer representation works with new construction
• Explore financing and potential buyer opportunities
• Ask your questions without the pressure of a traditional sales appointment
• Enjoy champagne, gourmet cupcakes and conversation while you explore
