The Oscietra (Acipenser Gueldensteadtii) is renowned for its large, amber-hued grains and a flavor profile both rich and refined—creamy, with subtle nutty notes and a lingering, elegant finish. Each tin is crafted under the strictest standards of sustainability and quality, matured using the traditional Malossol method by master salters, and awarded for its excellence worldwide.
