He is a 1978 graduate of Central high school of Lunenburg County in Victoria, Virginia, a 1982 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth university and a 1985 graduate of Howard university school of law.He has been practicing law for more than 40 years and also serves as a motivational speaker and business consultant with SGH business solutions. He is a consultant for the Champion Health Plan.
