Join us as we celebrate the grand opening and reintroduction of Oak Creek Hospice under new ownership! We are proud to welcome Oak Creek Hospice as a valued partner of Choose Folsom.
This special event will feature an Open House from 11:00 AM–4:00 PM, with delicious catering, refreshing drinks, swag bags, and plenty of opportunities to connect with the Oak Creek team and the community.
