Chamber music in the intimate setting of Little Carnegie in MCS -the hallmark of a Conservatory Concert. Introducing Leoš Janáček, a Czech folk composer who used traditional Slavic and Moravian folk songs in his music. His unique compositions include notated melodies and rhythms of human speech incorporated into his music. Janáček composed two string quartets, widely considered to be top chamber music masterpieces, that reflect some of the composer's deepest moments.
