Chamber Forum Series: The Talent Challenge – Retention Struggles in Northwest Ottawa CountyWhy is it so hard to keep great talent in Northwest Ottawa County?
We’re tackling this question head-on in a powerful new four-part Chamber Forum Series focused on the key factors driving workforce retention challenges—and what we can do about them.
Each forum will feature a panel of local municipal leaders and planning experts who will explore the issues, offer potential solutions, and open the floor for audience Q&A. This is your chance to engage directly with the people shaping policy, development, and planning across our region.
Kicking off the morning, Jennifer Johnson of Lake Michigan Credit Union will deliver opening remarks and later return to facilitate our interactive Q&A session, helping drive thoughtful discussion and community input.
We’ll begin at 8:30 AM with networking and refreshments, followed by opening remarks. Our panel discussion will begin promptly at 9:00 AM and conclude with the Q&A session.
