The Chamber Buzz presented by Everwise Credit Union is a free monthly breakfast for members that will feature updates from elected officials, community leaders, new chamber members, and special guests. New for 2026, the series will be hosted at the Berrien RESA Bertrand Innovation Center (BIC), doors open at 8:00am on the first Wednesday of the month from February through November.
Join us on August 5th for an informative Chamber Buzz featuring our Chamber Board Chair, Bryan Van Itallie. Bryan will give some insight into what he’s been doing in his new partnership with Vistage, the world’s largest coaching organization for CEOs business leaders of small and mid-size businesses.
Attendees can expect to learn more about the Vistage Peer Group model, what makes it so powerful for business leaders who are faced with the “lonely at the top” reality of running a business. Vistage has been around for over 65 years and has over 45,000 members worldwide, but is new to the Michiana region. Attendees will also gain insight into what an effective peer group looks like, why it matters, and how it functions.
Bryan Van Itallie is currently serving as a Vistage Chair, providing Vistage Group resources and coaching to CEOs, Business Owners and Leaders across Southwest Michigan and Northern Indiana. Prior to launching Vistage groups in this area, he was the President of PIC Trailers (formerly Pratt Intermodal Chassis) here in Niles, and he serves as the Chair of the Greater Niles Chamber Board of Directors.
Bryan is a former nuclear submarine officer and has extensive experience working in manufacturing companies, ranging from small, family-owned organizations to global enterprises (John Deere). With an MBA from Duke University, Bryan is a strategic global business leader with a proven track record in company culture transformation, leadership development, lean manufacturing, and cross-functional collaboration.
In addition to his role as a Vistage Chair, Bryan runs Deep Dive Leadership Consulting, LLC, where he provides team leadership training and offers consulting services focused on culture transformation, strategic planning, and manufacturing process improvements.
