The Chalk Walk is a free, one-day street art festival where artists must complete their entire work using chalk. Every year artists spend hours chalking the streets, transforming the cement squares of the St. Louis Premium Outlets into a one-of-a-kind experience. In addition to local and nationally recognized artists, the festival features talent from high schools in the area, offering them a unique chance to hone in their skills and display their works in front of a broad community audience. Proceeds from the festival are donated to a local charity.When: July 27, 2024

Admission: Free
Saturday Mall Hours: 10am – 8:00 p.m.
Sunday 7/28: Art will still be available for viewing.
Competitors Information
Check-in: 9am-11am. There will be a booth outside of the food court at the center of the mall, where participants will receive chalk, and their assigned square.
Judging: will take place when the last competitor completes their work or 3pm deadline.
Award time/ conclusion: Award will be given at 4pm to competitors. Competitors do not have to be present to win. You will be notified to pick up rewards. Awards consist of Sponsored gift baskets, cash prizes, gift cards, and event tickets.
Chalk Walk is a massive undertaking for a small but mighty team who are supported by public and private partnerships. By working together, the sidewalks of St. Louis Premium Outlet Mall comes to life with color, art, and music.
