Artists of all ages are invited to turn the walkway into a colorful, outdoor gallery as the community comes together to celebrate creativity, art, and the beauty of the season. The Beaver Dam Chalk Art Competition, part of the 2026 WI Arts and Peony Festival, will take place along the Rotary Riverwalk in Beaver Dam, WI, between the Wisconsin Heritage Peony Garden and the water tower.REGISTRATION
Registration Fee: $20.00 per participant
Capacity: Limited to 20 participants (first-come, first-served)
Pre-registration required
Registration Deadline: May 15, 2026
Registration Includes:
One assigned sidewalk drawing space
Chalk kit (multi-colored pack of artist-quality chalk pastels)
Participation in competition and eligibility for awards
Important: Chalk is included with the registration fee and provided by Trinity Church–United Methodist. Only the provided chalk may be used on the artwork surface. The participant may keep leftover chalk.
