In this 2-hour workshop you’ll learn how to:• Influence the flow of energy within the body systems.
• Strengthen the link between the subtle body and the physical body.
• Choose the most beneficial approach to release blocked or stagnant energy.
As a part of your learning, you’ll be guided through visualisations and practice your own solo approaches for working with the new techniques.
WHO IT’S FOR:
This workshop is most beneficial for those familiar with the feeling of energy flow both within and around the body; and experienced with inner observation and intuition.
You’ll learn 7 mudras and 7 symbols and use them during the workshop in practical exercises and activities.
WORKSHOP OUTCOMES:
After attending this workshop you’ll have higher sensitivity to the flow of energy within your body; be more attuned to the energy interface in your body; and better equipped to sense and release energy blockages and imbalances.
WORKSHOP BENEFITS:
As a result of this training you’ll:
• Be empowered to detect internal energy shifts more easily so that you can take action before imbalances become problematic.
• Make better use of the synergy between the chakras inflow-outflow and the body’s energy systems, so that you can restore and recharge the body more easily.
• Be able to step back from “doing” healing so that you allow healing to be what is needed.

This includes 2 hours of training and a workshop activity book to take away and keep.
You’ll need to bring a water bottle, any meditation props you need to be comfortable and the open, curious mind of your inner child.
