Nourished Network - Dementia Awareness Week & Heart Foundation Park Walk

Commencing with a Heart Foundation Walk along the breezy Esplanade. Bring the kids, prams, family and friends and enjoy moving for heart health.

This event coincides with Dementia Awareness Week.

Community service providers will be available with information stall to offer valuable resources and support services. Allowing attendees to learn more about available resources and access assistance.

This is a family day with healthy activities and includes a light picnic breakfast.
