💜 When: Sunday, May 17 at 3:00 p.m. Doors open at 2:50 p.m. Please note, doors are secured at 3pm to respectfully start on time and for everyone’s comfort, so entry after the scheduled start time may not be possible.

💙 Where: Inner Alchemy Sanctuary & Studio, 3618 SW Alaska Street, Seattle (the entrance is located around the side of the building, on 37th, on the lower level of the building, with an Inner Alchemy sign just to the right of the door.). Street parking only. Allow for extra time to find parking. Doors close immediately at start time.

🩵 Duration: 3 hours

💚 What Is Provided? Hot water and tea bags, food pairing samples, pens, colors, handout, yoga mats, chairs, cushions, and blankets.

💛 Bring: A water bottle and if you'd like tea, please bring your own mug/cup. It is also suggested to wear comfy clothes and bring an extra blanket or sweater if you get cold. If you wish, you may want an eye pillow for the sound bath and journal for extra note taking.

🧡 Good to know: Street parking only. Allow extra time to find parking. Doors open 10 mins prior to experience time and close immediately at start time.

Meet Your Facilitator

Molly Schoeb is a Community Health Educator and Certified Meditation Facilitator who provides opportunities for people to build awareness, name what they’re experiencing, and make empowered choices along their life path. She believes in connecting body, mind, and spirit through practical tools to achieve optimal well-being.

Molly is a West Seattle community member and small business owner. She holds a B.S. in Community Health Education and is currently studying with Anodea Judith at Sacred Centers Academy to become Co-Heart certified. She is thrilled to be learning directly from Anodea, an author, leader, and chakra pioneer who has taught chakra energy and yoga courses for the last 50 years. Molly is also a member of Anodea’s Rainbow Warrior Tribe and the West Seattle Inner Alchemy Collective led by Maari Falsetto, communities devoted to personal transformation and conscious collaboration.

A passionate teacher, Molly creates experiences that are grounded and accessible. She integrates chakra energy awareness in a supportive, down-to-earth way so participants can understand themselves more deeply and apply what they learn in everyday life.
