Focus on YOU! Explore how to balance and nurture your Heart Chakra, bringing more compassion and love for yourself and others! Wear comfortable clothing and be ready to focus on self-love!
Our intention is to share our understanding of chakras and life force healing energy, ways for caring for and using the energy of the chakras, and experiencing a variety of self-care rituals and activities, meditations, crystals, aromas, movement, Reiki and much more!
