Join me for a deeply relaxing journey through the seven chakras. As you settle into nourishing yin yoga poses, I'll guide you in exploring the qualities of each balanced chakra and how they support your overall well-being.
Each chakra will be paired with a carefully selected essential oil to encourage balance and support a calm, regulated nervous system. We'll conclude with a soothing sound bath, allowing you to relax deeply and ease into a peaceful meditative state.
