More than ever, our nervous systems are begging for regulation. With our city thrown into chaos and so much unknown; we need to secure our bodies, our homes and our auric fields - with the greatest of care and LOADS of support.
I am holding a therapeutic group event (for women) as a proactive act to this need.
This event is for an group of 13 women.
The intention is: to fortify our nervous systems and ground ourselves in effective ways. We will focus on the ROOT chakra through meditation, guided visualization, base resonant music, embodied movement and mandala artwork.
We will gather together as women in community, to attune our bodies to safety, security, and stability; as we set our intentions personally and as a collective.
We will remember that our bodies are made of salt and sea; earth and stardust. We will re-root ourselves to Mother Earth, anchoring ourselves into our feet and bones.
We will rely on our primal nature and the animal allies that walk, fly, slither and swim with us.
My desire is that we leave fortified with presence and precision. At the very least that you may find some relief. That you may disappaite what is numb and frozen, and afford your anger and upset to move in a conscious and meaningful way.
Our group is for adult women of womb-based bodies, including: abled, disabled, non-binary and barren. Come, join with us!
