Join me for this magical Chakradance event as we set our intentions on healing our Solar Plexus Chakra and our Heart chakra. Our Solar Plexus - Manipura is all about our personal power confidence self esteem and setting healthy boundaries. Our heart chakra-Anahata means unhurt and is our love centre where our yin and yang energy unite. Our heart is the first organ formed in the womb. Our heart is our inner healer. During this workshop we will set our healing intention on releasing stuck energy from these centres allowing us to embrace our life purpose with confidence and to feel deeply connected to our heart essence of love. A journey of deep transformation in these two power centres. This workshop will last around three hours and will consist of the following:
• Meditation
• Guided Visualisation
• Chakradance (Around 1 hour)
• Mandala artwork
• Personal feedback
