Chakradance is a Healing Embodiment Modality; an inner journey where we move with our eyes closed (or lowered gaze) and barefoot.
Chakra resonant music guides the warmup, meditations, movement, the breath, chakra exploration and mandala art to anchor your unique experience.
As I lovingly hold space for you, we dive into ancient wisdom combined with modern music. Be prepared for some energetic shifts and insights to create meaningful transformation!
We'll look into various archetypes, living in the 4D reality, and how we can guide with intuition/ inner wisdom to make our energy system work for us - for a better individual life, as well as that we are creating the ripple effect for a better world ♡
There will be time to re-centre & ground, to reflect on our experiences.
No previous experience or knowledge of the chakra system is necessary and loose comfortable clothes are recommended. This is a wonderful explorative session of 1,5 hours where we will, just like with Awakening Discovery, move through all the chakras for healthy, balance & vitality.
Please bring your own pillow, and a blankie. Wear loose fitting comfy clothing. You can bring a bottle of water if you want.
Some light refreshments included, depending on time.
