Based in Jungian psychology, the chakra system, music created in resonance with each chakra, guided visualization, and mandala creation, you weave a connection with your inner world and outer expression.

Held in a softly lit space, often with eyes closed or blindfolded, you are free to drop deeply into your inner world. You move the way your body wants to move, letting the music and the chakra energies clear what no longer serves you.

Each journey opens space inside you—lightening old patterns, awakening clarity, and grounding you back into your wholeness. You leave feeling more centered, more alive, and more aligned with the life you are ready to create.
