In this workshop we will play and explore ways of moving energy through the seven energetic centers of our bodies called chakras.
* We will enjoy a one hour movement (yoga) practice to awaken, activate, and energize our mind, body, spirit, and chakras
* Participants will then settle into a meditative journey through their seven energy centers, including immersing in healing color therapy and bringing balance to the energy body.
* Brighten your energy, relax your body, calm your mind, and learn more about the fascinating chakra system!
All levels welcome.

Heather Whitehouse, owner of Sacred Mountain Ayurveda Healing, is a lightworker, a deeply intuitive being who walks between the worlds and yet remains very connected to earth. She embodies bright awareness carrying the resonance of pure light and love consciousness. Described as both empathic and authentic, Heather cares deeply about helping clients and students move through their spiritual journey.

Heather particularly practices Integrated Energy Healing which is Reiki and Crystal Healing, Pranic Energy Work (breathe work), Meditation and chakra balancing.

She is a Certified Ayurveda Practitioner, Master Reiki Worker, Crystal Energy Healer, and Aromatherapist.
Sarah Wadsworth began practicing 2014, finding an instant connection to the practice and the blissful feeling each class brought. She's a 2017 WHY Power teacher training alumni. Her study of yoga, anatomy, and spirituality deepens every day. Consistent practice and lovingkindness meditation have continued to support her well-being, which she loves to share with others.
Sarah enjoys spoiling her chihuahua, Patsy, hiking, visiting museums, creating art, seeing live music, traveling, making delicious healthy food, and hanging out with her yoga pals.
