Join us on the last Sunday of every month from March to September for a transformative Chakra Healing Workshop. Beginning with the Root Chakra and ending at the Crown Chakra. This unique experience blends powerful chakra-balancing yoga with custom-formulated aromatherapy to elevate your mind, body, and spirit.

Meet Your Instructor

Tami is an RYT200 hr yoga teacher, Yoga Alliance certified by the award-winning Mimi Yoga Studio. Her fellow yogis once described her as a firecracker ball of love, who shows up with enthusiasm and a magnetic presence.

Tami’s classes emphasize the power of affirmations and connection to the energy body, empowering others through liberating expression. As a first-generation Haitian American and Miami resident for over 10 years, Tami is passionate about building community. Her purpose is to continue sharing the life-changing benefits of yoga and wellness with diversity and inclusion in mind. Beyond yoga, Tami is a content creator running a holistic self-care and slow fashion platform.

She regularly leads body movement synchronized to sound and vinyasa flows with breathwork sessions, online and in-person. From the new yogi, to fitness lovers and seasoned asana devotees, all are welcome.
