Join Rachel Grant from Mother Moon Yoga & Heather Dalhoff from Humble New Beginnings for an immersive workshop that explores the subtle energy body. Participants will dive deep into the chakra system, which include the seven key energy centers that influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This workshop is designed for everyone, and no prior yoga experience is necessary. Beginners are warmly welcome!
