A gentle, nurturing session of guided meditation, visualization, chanting, and aromatherapy while lying in Yoga Nidra. This spiritual sleep state is a deeply relaxed state of awareness, but it feels like deep sleep. Ayurveda teaches us that each chakra has specific corresponding Sanskrit letters whose sound opens our inner pharmacy to regulate the body's organs, hormones, emotions, and mental patterns, which are part of the energy center.
Libby will guide you to the precise location, characteristics of the chakra, organs, hormones, emotions, elements, and more of each chakra during this session. You will leave in a calm, relaxed state, able to continue your healing through your own meditation practice in the following weeks.
This session is effective for maintaining balance and health, as it supports healing for manifested and unmanifested imbalances.
No previous knowledge of Sanskrit or Ayurveda is needed. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in, as we will begin at 6 pm sharp. Mats, pillows, and blankets are provided, or you are welcome to bring your own.
