Join us with @lady_ofthe_land in a guided meditation and chanting through each chakra including the bija mantras (seed sounds) corresponding to the lotus petals of each chakra.What to expect from this experience:
You will begin opening, releasing, and healing the physical and nonphysical body, strengthening your connection to the divine within. Slow, cleansing, balancing work in a safe and compassionate space. Deepen your work with each class you attend. You may actively participate through chanting, or passively receive, laying in a deeply relaxed savansana state allowing the chanting to wash over you.
Libby Allison has been practicing Ayurveda since 2009 and is a certified Ayurvedic Health Coach. She has undergone formal training at The Ayurvedic Institute, where she acquired knowledge in various areas, including pranayama, meditation, marma therapy, chakra balancing, dietary practices, mental and emotional health, and more. In addition, Ms. Allison holds a certification in Aromatherapy from Tiferet Aromatherapy and has pursued further studies at Aytz Chayim Torah Aromatherapy. In 2022, she completed her professional training in Kabbalistic astrology with Rachel Schwartz and has also engaged in supplementary studies with Lorelai Kude.
