Join us under the illuminating energy of the Snow Full Moon for a deeply nourishing Chakra Tune-Up experience. The Snow Moon represents perseverance, inner strength, and renewal during the heart of winter. Spiritually, it invites us to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with our inner resilience while clearing stagnant energy to make space for balance and clarity.

This immersive journey blends guided meditation, intentional breathwork, and sound healing to support alignment and harmony within the seven chakras. Through conscious breathing, grounding meditation, and the vibrational frequencies of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments, you’ll be supported in releasing energetic blocks and restoring flow throughout the body and mind.

Doors open at 5:40 PM and will close promptly at 6:00 PM. Late entry will not be permitted in order to honor the integrity of the meditation and sound healing experience.
