Chakras are invisible energy centers that govern the life force/prana/vital energy in our bodies and are influenced by our emotional mental and physical well-being. Come join us for this 8 session series as we dive into and explore the 7 main Chakras and provide an overview of additional Chakras!
Each session includes handouts of specific Chakra with detailed information a quiz, mudra activity, reflection questions, foods to nourish, crystals to unblock, essential oils to balance, affirmations and mantras, mini meditation, and more.
Join us for 1 session or all 8! Sessions are on Saturdays from 6-7pm and are $20 per session.
Session 5
The Throat Chakra (Vishudda) is the 5th Primary Chakra in the energy body located in the base of the throat, at the center of the larynx. It is blue in color and is the center of communication, self-expression, vocalization, and ability to speak authentically.
Come join us as we explore and learn all about this 5th Chakra!
