Explore the energies within yourself through this series focused on the seven Chakra system. You will learn about how these energies affect our emotions, mentality and physical body, along with being provided food and nutrients that correlate with each individual chakra. Our yoga instructor Gabrielle will lead you through and hour yoga flow focused on explaining the properties and movements within each Chakra. Then enjoy a vegan dinner prepared by Chef Libby and Mocktails provided from Sarah from The Tea and Spice Exchange.
