Chakra SeriesCome and explore your Chakras, the seven energy centers of your body. Find the common reasons they get blocked and how blockages manifest themselves in your body. All
levels are welcome and classes will be taught in a Kripalu format to allow is to take time to connect with the chakra and our bodies. We will also end each class in meditation. Class schedule is as follows:
