Join us for a rejuvenating 75-minute meditation and yoga experience designed to awaken and harmonize all seven chakra centers. This practice offers a sacred pause to release what no longer serves you, realign your energy, and restore balance within your whole self.Chakras can be understood as spinning wheels of energy that support your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. When these centers are balanced, your energy flows with ease and clarity. Participants enjoy complimentary hot tea, hot towels infused with essential oils, and hot rocks from Lake Superior.
First-time students attend free of charge. Drop-in classes are priced at $25 per person. Alternatively, students may purchase a 5-pack of classes for $75 or 10 classes for $130.
