The word "chakra" means “wheels” in Sanskrit and refers to the energy centers in your body. These wheels of spinning energy each correspond to certain nerve bundles and major organs.

To function at their best, your chakras need to stay open, or balanced. If they get blocked, you may experience physical or emotional symptoms related to a particular chakra.

A depletion of energy flow or too much energetic activity in a chakra - each will manifest into different outcome. This can have both physical and emotional effects.

This is a powerful guided meditation that is directed systematically to cleanse and heal the 7 major energy centres including the aura, clearing away unwanted energies, amplifying existing positive energies and bringing in new rejuvenating and strengthening energies.

Each week we will be using different approaches to cleanse and balance the chakras through breathwork, visualisation, sound vibrations and movement.

This meditation is suitable for anyone and everyone. No prior experience in meditation is required.

What are some of the experiences during and after each Chakra Meditation :

• Release negative emotions and thoughts and increase postitive vibrations

• Release blockages and pain, feel re-energise yet relax

• Release feelings of being stuck and held back, improve clarity and outlook of life

• Alignment of the energy field, resolved inner conflicts or confusion

• Promote a state of inner harmony, balance and clarity

Class Fees : S$40/session or practice package of S$350/10 sessions
