Mantras are vibrational chants that raise the energy level of each chakra. When each chakra is at its healthiest, this allows all of the chakras to be aligned and in harmony with one another. This allows a healthy function of the Kundalini.
We will use tone (mantras) and hand positions (mudras) to achieve this meditative state.
No experience needed. You are welcome to bring your own mats, sitting pillows and crystals for meditation. There are mats available.
