Part 2 is focused on the upper chakras—Anahata, Vishuddha, Ajna, and Sahasrara—highlighting their roles in emotional, spiritual, and mental well-being, along with specific asanas to support these energies. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the upper chakras, how their imbalance impacts us in our everyday life. You will learn how they show up in our upbringing, patterns of behaviours, thoughts and the beliefs we make about ourselves and the world around us. Part 2 will also end with a yoga asana practice for a well rounded full body experience.
