Chakra Harmony | Yin Yoga & Crystal Bowl Healing is a deeply nourishing & immersive two hour workshop to open, align, and balance the energy flow of your seven main chakras centres.
Yin Yoga, a slow-paced practice where each pose is held for 3 to 5mins will target the deep connective tissue of the fascia, ligaments, and joints, while encouraging a gentle release of tension, stagnant physical and emotional energy and drop you into a sense of stillness.
As we move through each yin shape, the calming sounds and deep healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls tuned to the frequency of each chakra are played to restore equilibrium, clear the mind and connect you deeply to your inner knowing and wisdom.
Throughout the session, you'll be guided with positive affirmations, deep breathing and Reiki, allowing you to connect and bring awareness to areas of tension or energy imbalance. The combination of physical release, breathwork, Reiki and sound will lead you into a state of deep relaxation, calm, and energetic renewal.
