Join Healing Touch Practitioner Annie for The Self Chakra Connection Workshop, a transformative self-care experience that balances physical and emotional energies for deep relaxation and calm.

In this workshop, Annie will guide you in gently placing your hands over various energy centers (chakras) throughout your body, starting at the feet and moving up to the head, holding each position for about one minute. You're welcome to sit or lie down, and yoga mats are optional.
