For seven special weeks, we will meet each Wednesday to open and cleanse one of the seven major chakras using a beautiful combination of breathwork, guided meditation, and crystal bowl sound healing. We begin with the Root Chakra on January 7th!This series is appropriate for all levels of experience including those new to meditation. Cushions, blankets, and chairs will be provided.
