In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll be introduced to the foundations of the chakra system. You’ll learn what the chakras are, how they work, and how they affect your daily life—while also exploring simple practices you can use to begin working with your energy.
In This Class, You’ll Discover:
--The Seven Chakras — their locations, qualities, and how each relates to your body, mind, and spirit.
--Signs of Imbalance — common ways blocked, or overactive chakras show up in physical health, emotions, and thought patterns.
--Balancing Tools — beginner-friendly practices such as affirmations, colors, meditation and crystals to bring your chakras into alignment.
--The Energetic Body — an introduction to the layers of the aura and how they connect with the chakra system.
This class is designed to give you a solid foundation in chakra awareness and self-healing. By the end, you’ll walk away with both knowledge and practical tools you can immediately begin using to restore balance, deepen self-understanding, and nurture harmony in your life.
