Welcome to chakra-themed vinyasa flow at Hillside Community Hall! We practice sun and moon salutations and powerful asanas (postures).

5 March – 1st chakra – root

12 March – 2nd chakra – sacral

19 March – 3rd chakra – solar plexus

26 March – 4th chakra – heart

2 April – 5th chakra – throat

9 April – 6th chakra – brow (third eye)

16 April – 7th chakra – crown

The hall is located at 76 Hillside Rd, Bath BA2 3NX. There is a small free car park at the venue and you can also park on the road for free.
