Welcome to chakra-themed vinyasa flow at Hillside Community Hall! We practice sun and moon salutations and powerful asanas (postures).

8 January – 1st chakra – root

15 January – 2nd chakra – sacral

22 January – 3rd chakra – solar plexus

29 January – 4th chakra – heart

5 February – 5th chakra – throat

12 February – 6th chakra – brow (third eye)

19 February – 7th chakra – crown

The hall is located at 76 Hillside Rd, Bath BA2 3NX. There is a small free car park at the venue and you can also park on the road for free.

If you can't make it on a Thursday, you are welcome at Tuesday's Vinyasa Flow or Friday's Stretch & Restore Yin classes (depending on availability).
