Chakra Balancing Sound Bath

Join Sneha for a rejuvenating sound bath to refresh your mind, body, and spirit. In this workshop, we will focus on aligning and balancing the body’s major energy centers (chakras) to support a smooth and optimal flow of energy, helping the body function at its best. You will be guided through a chakra meditation and affirmations, accompanied by the harmonics of Himalayan Singing Bowls to help release energetic blockages and restore balance.

The Himalayan Singing Bowls used in this session are crafted from seven metals and are designed to bring the body’s energy centers into harmony. Their soothing vibrations invite deep relaxation and meditative awareness, working on a subtle, cellular level. Each bowl resonates with one of the seven major chakras, helping to clear blockages, calm the nervous system, and support overall well-being.

New for your comfort: zero-gravity chairs are now provided, allowing your body to rest in optimal alignment and ease. Please bring a cozy blanket and anything else that helps you feel warm, supported, and at ease during the session.
