We will begin with a calming meditation paired with gentle, hands-on Reiki to align and balance your body's natural energy centers. Afterward, you will melt into a deeply clearing sound bath. Meet your instructor, Lindsey:
My Yoga journey began in 2005 when I took my first yoga class and knew that this was made for me. I received certification training through YogaFit. Teaching yoga for the past 16 years has been such a blessing. I live in Lee’s Summit, Missouri with my husband and three amazing children. I truly feel that if we breathe and move with intention of our highest good we can make the changes in our own life, and in the world that we need. My Journey honors your Journey. Namaste’
