During the session, you'll be guided through a series of gentle yet powerful chakra balancing meditation practices designed to cleanse and activate your body's energy centers. Through focused breathing, visualization, and intention-setting, you'll release stagnant energy and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit.
As you deepen into a state of relaxation and receptivity, you'll be enveloped by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other melodic instruments. These harmonious sounds work in synergy with the chakra meditation, further promoting healing and alignment on a cellular level.
This workshop offers a holistic approach to wellness and inner harmony in a safe and supportive space to explore and deepen your understanding of energy healing techniques. Leave feeling rejuvenated, recharged, and in tune with your inner essence.
Please bring a mat, blanket and pillow for comfort. You may also want to bring water, a pen and paper.
