Join us for a transformative 2 hour experience to vitalise your energy and prepare you for a new year feeling balanced and radiant within.It's time for an end of year reset and recalibration. Our intention for this journey is to guide you through a Himalayan Kriya practice — an ancient set of techniques that combine breathwork, movement, mantra and meditation; inviting balance and stability to the 7 main Chakras.
