✨Gwendolyn will lead a chakra-aligning toning practice, weaving gentle visualization with the power of your own voice to open, reset, and restore the body’s energy centers.
At the close of the chakra toning, the steady rhythm of drums will gently guide you back into your body, grounding your energy and awakening your presence.
