About this Event
The event is being funded by the 2026 DCASE Neighborhood Access Program grant. Activities include guided movement to live classical music, workshops by physicians, children's programming, in-person sessions with wellness practitioners, and a vendor bazaar. Tickets are free, but registration is required.

RELEASED & UNCLENCHED | From Teeth to Toes: Jaw, Spine, and Lower Back Relief
Host: React Physical Therapy

Acclaimed physical therapist David Reavy and TMJ/orofacial pain specialist Dr. Ahmed team up for a mini class on posture, referred pain, and trigger points. Discover how your jaw, neck, and lower back are connected through the Reavy Method® whole‑body approach, and walk away with insights on dialing down everyday tension. This session focuses on back pain, but attendees will get the opportunity to discuss other issues over the 30 minutes following the workshop.
