Chair Yoga with Sweet Tea Yoga - February 2025

Join Sweet Tea Yoga for Chair Yoga, a gentle form of yoga done using a chair that assists with strength and balance. This event is free and open to the public. Registration and waiver are required.

Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Under certain medical conditions, yoga is not recommended and is not safe. By accepting, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my child's good health and physical condition to participate in such a fitness program. In addition, I will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class. I understand that Peachtree City Library and Sweet Tea Yoga, are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may occur during the class. I agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter as a result of my child's participation in this class. I hereby consent that my child's participation and attendance is voluntary and that I knowingly assume all risks.
