Chair Yoga with Keri is Wednesday, February 26, 2025, from 11 AM - 12 PM in the Genealogy Room.Keri Anderson, CYT, originally from Creston, obtained her certification to teach yoga after falling in love with it for its many benefits.
Though yoga already helps her to relieve stiffness and pain, reduces stress, and helps her to find more inner peace, she continues to find new ways it can help both herself and and the people she’s honored to share it with.
